Chilled Strawberry Soup

2 pints strawberries

2 8oz frozen strawberries with juice{{more}}

1 cup orange juice

1 cup cranberry juice

2 cups rosé wine

½ cup sugar

1 cinnamon stick

1 cup sour cream

1 cup heavy cream

Combine the following ingredients in a half gallon pot: fresh strawberries, frozen strawberries with juice, orange & cranberry juice, rosé wine, sugar and cinnamon stick. Bring to a simmer for 20 minutes. Remove and let cool in refrigerator. Remove cinnamon stick and puree the remaining mixture. Fold in sour cream and heavy cream. Serve chilled with a sliced strawberry garnish.
