Chow Down Milford to Preview Restaurant Week on Oct. 3


The Milford Regional Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce a Milford Restaurant Week kickoff sampling event called “Chow Down Milford” on Tuesday, October 3. The tasting event will offer local residents and visitors a chance to sample dishes from restaurants participating in Milford Restaurant Week, as well as other local wines, beers and spirits.

The event will be held at Costa Azzurra in the banquet room on Tuesday, October 3 from 5:30 to 8:30 pm. Attendees will be able to taste food from every station, as well as sample drinks from every drink station.

Participating restaurants include: Bar Louie, Bin 100 Restaurant, Costa Azzurra, Eli’s Tavern, Fonda La Paloma, Gusto Trattoria/Italian Restaurant, Plan B Burger Bar, Reggiano’s Pizza & Pasta Restaurant, Scribner’s Restaurant, Spirit Brewing and more.

This kickoff event is $25 per person through September 30 and $30 beginning October 1. The price will be $35 at the door. Interested attendees may purchase tickets online at http://bit.ly/ChowDownMilford, may call 203-878-0681 to register or may email chamber@milfordct.com to register as well.

Milford Restaurant Week will run from Monday, October 9 through Sunday, October 15 and will offer budget-conscious diners a delicious variety of local cuisine. Prix Fixe dinner prices will be $20.95 or $27.95. Where available, a prix fixe lunch menu will be offered at $14.95 or $17.95. The full list of options can be seen at MilfordRestaurantWeek.com.
