Bailey, Rev. Jonathan S.

Rev. Jonathan S. Bailey, age 57, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 10, 2018 in Milford Hospital. He was born on October 23, 1960 in Brockton, MA to the late Rev. Richard and Helen Frye Bailey. He served the Milford community as the Pastor for Calvary Alliance Church for the last 31 years. A preacher of the gospel who loved people and always saw the good in people the way God saw them, he will be remembered as being very compassionate and a devoted husband, father, grandfather and brother. In his spare time, he enjoyed watching the Red Sox, Celtics, Bruins and Patriots, playing basketball, working out at the YMCA, gardening and keeping the church looking beautiful. A loving and devoted husband, he is survived by his wife of almost 33 years, Dawn Kahkonen Bailey, dedicated children 1st Lt. Joshua R. Bailey and his wife Katrina of Milford, Anna E. Shuman and her husband David of Nyack, NY, Stephen D. Bailey and his wife Kelsi of Pearl River, NY, Spc. Caleb D. Bailey and his wife Savannah of Ft. Carson, CO, Esther R. Bailey, Isaac J. Bailey and Sarah J. Bailey all of Milford, siblings Richard Bailey and his wife Kathy of Kalamazoo, MI, Joanna Francisco and her husband Bob of Ft. Mill, SC, Stephen Bailey and his wife Jacqui of Redding, CA, Daniel Bailey of Nyack, NY and Heather Armelino and her husband Ed of Redding, CA, grandchildren Abigail Bailey, Ezekiel and Aria Shuman and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his sister Judith Bailey. Balin, Dexter D.

Dexter D. Balin, age 42, of Milford passed away on June 4, 2018 peacefully in his home. He was born in Quezon City, Philippines to Mario and Erlinda Dionisio Balingcongan on September 17, 1975. He was a private duty nurse and a manager for Jollibee Foods Corp. in the Philippines. Dexter was a devoted husband and father, an avid gamer, gun and car enthusiast, enjoyed electronics and was a member of C & C. Besides his parents, he is survived by his loving wife Raquel Fermil Balin, daughter Vanessa Ashley Balin and son Alastarie F. Balin all of Milford, brothers Darwin Balingcongan and his wife Claire of Los Angeles, CA, and Dave Balin and his wife Lisette of Belleville, NJ, and sister Liza Hines and her husband Emery of Cherry Hill, NJ. Bartha, Louis “Papa”

Louis Bartha “Papa,” age 92, of Milford, died peacefully surrounded by his family on Monday, June 4, 2018 at Milford Hospital Hospice. He is survived by his wife, Martha Bartha of 68 years. Louis’ memory will also be celebrated by his two children, Beverlee Bartha and companion John Wertsching, of Northford, and Eric Bartha, of Milford. His grandchildren, Corianne Brennan, Arthur Brennan, wife Amanda, and his cherished great grandson and namesake, Louis Arthur Brennan.

He was predeceased by his parents Sigmund and Esti Bartha and five siblings, Frank, Irene, Zigmond, Albert, and Stephen.

Born in Bridgeport and raised in New York City until the age of 6, his mother sent him, Albert and Stephen back to Hungary to live with their aunt during the start of The Great Depression. Louis returned to the United States at the age of 13 and settled in Bridgeport shortly thereafter. In 1943, at age 17, Louis enlisted in the U.S. Merchant Marines where he served as a boiler room engineer on many ships in WWII until 1948.

After the war, Louis and Martha were married in 1949 and moved to Milford, CT in 1957 where they raised their family.

Louis spent many hours, reading, taking photos, and developing in his darkroom. He loved to go to the library, writing frequently to the Milford Post, and was always up for a good political debate. He will be remembered for his wisdom, great story telling, and his deep compassion for people less fortunate.

A mass to celebrate Louis’ life will be held on Saturday June 9, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Christ the Redeemer Church, 325 Oronoque Road, Milford, CT. Bellard, Lydia

Lydia Bellard, 94, passed away June 2, 2018 peacefully in her sleep at The Curtis Home, Meriden, CT. She previously resided in Orange, CT for over 60 years. Lydia was born in Alpha, NJ, where she met her husband Americo (Max) Bellard and married in New Haven at Sacred Heart Church. She leaves behind sons Robert and Gary Bellard, grandchildren Kay Belardinelli, Anna, Mathew and Kristina Bellard, great grandchildren Armani Jakubiak and Tristyn Bellard and three nieces. Besides her husband, she was predeceased by a son David in 2003, a grandson Gary Jr. and a sister Hilda Pierpaoli. Lydia loved cooking and being in the workplace. She was a housewife until she was employed at Racebrook School, Orange as a beloved secretary. She later went to work at Helicopter Support, Inc. in Orange as a receptionist until she retired. Lydia touched everyone one she met with her outgoing personality and she will be missed by many.

Friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Infant Church, Orange Friday at 11:30 a.m. Entombment will be next to her husband in St. Lawrence Mausoleum, West Haven. Beutel, Marilyn L.

Marilyn L. Beutel, age 87 of Milford, beloved wife of the late Leo E. Beutel, who was the love of her life, passed away May 24, 2018 at Bridgeport Hospital. She was born in Bridgeport, July 8, 1930, daughter of the late John J. and Mary Herb Collins. She was a bookkeeper for Teleservice for many years until her retirement. Active in the community, she was a parishioner of St. Mary Church of Milford, a member of the Destroyer Escort Sailors Association Auxiliary, the America Needs Fatima, and a Den Mother of the Milford Cub Scouts. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and sister and also an avid New York Yankees Fan who never missed watching a game. She is the cherished mother of Linda Evangelisti (Wayne) of Milford, Marilyn Kopchak (Alan) of Milford, Leo T. Beutel (Joyce) of Milford, Carol Massimin (Garrett) of River Ranch, FL, David Beutel (Michelle) of Prospect, Susan Garlock (Darren) of Milford, and Jacqueline Bodnar (David) of Beacon Falls, she is the loving grandmother of 22 grandchildren, and great grandmother of 14 great grandchildren, loving sister of Irene Clark (Robert) of Milford, loving sister-in-law of Jean Collins of Milford, and loving aunt of many nieces and nephews. Blake, Janice Parthemore

May 22, 2018, Janice Parthemore Blake of Milford, passed away peacefully in her sleep at home surrounded by her loving family. Her kindnesses were many and her faults few. She will be missed by all who knew her. Her memorial will be at a later date. Her family wants to thank those who showed her kindness and forgive those who didn’t.

Boyce, Thomas E.

Thomas Edward Boyce, 75, of Milford, beloved husband of 54 years of Iris Boyce, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on May 30, 2018. Born on September 3, 1942 in Queens, NY, he was the son of the late Eugene and Amelia Boyce.

Thomas began his career of top secret government computer work at the National Security Agency in Fort Meade, Maryland. He continued his work doing computer software design for rhe NASDAQ stock exchange at Bunker-Ramo in CT. Thomas moved on to ISC in the computer banking industry and concluded his career back at NASDAQ.

Thomas’s grandchildren, Sam and Grace, were the light of his life. He supported them in all of their endeavors, from sharing his love of golf with Sam and working on projects together to cheering on Grace every figure skating competition she competed in. He had a special bond with each of them that they will cherish forever. Thomas also enjoyed spending time with his beloved wife and best friend, Iris. The two married in January of 1964. Together, they enjoyed traveling to Europe, Alaska, Arizona, and Hawaii and watching the New England foliage during the fall.

A devout Catholic, Thomas worked at Saint Ann Parish where he was the parish center manager. His faith was a huge part of his life that he passed down to his children and grandchildren. Thomas had a beautiful smile that he shared with the world. A gentle giant, he was a child at heart and loved to make his family and friends laugh. His presence will be forever missed and never forgotten.

Along with his loving wife, Thomas is survived by his beloved daughters, Maureen (David) Rubino of Boston, and Eileen (Ted) Hillenmeyer of Stamford; cherished grandchildren, Sam and Grace Hillenmeyer; devoted siblings, Eugene (Sue) Boyce of Long Island, Geraldine (James) Maloney of North Carolina, and William (Irene) Boyce also of Long Island; eighteen nieces and nephews; brother-in-laws, Wendell (Bernadine) Lowe and Stanley (Margaret) Lowe; and many extended family members, especially Henry Hillenmeyer who he was particularly fond of.

Connors, Elizabeth M.

Elizabeth M. Connors, 87, of Milford, beloved wife of William E. Connors, passed away peacefully on June 6, 2018. Elizabeth was born on May 16, 1931 in Bridgeport, CT to the late Harold and Nora Shaffer.

Elizabeth was happiest when surrounded by her family and she completely adored her grandchildren. She loved cheering them on during their sporting events and was so proud of all their accomplishments. Elizabeth had a passion for quilting and belonged to quilting associations in Milford. She was a dedicated Yankee fan who enjoyed taking long naps and watching her flowers grow.

Elizabeth is survived by her children, Maureen (Tony) Raccio, Ellen Connors and John Connors; and her grandchildren, John Connors, Jr. and Anthony and Nora Raccio.

Davidson, Raymond H.

Raymond H. Davidson, 81, of Milford, passed away after a brief illness on May 27, 2018, surrounded by his wife and daughters. Born on January 28, 1937 in Bridgeport, he was the son of the late Raymond and Amelia.

Raymond attended Harding High School where he was a 1954 graduate. He enlisted in the Air Force right after high school where he served as an air-medic during the Korean War. Raymond worked for the United States Postal Service, retiring after 35 years. He then worked in security at the Hospital of Saint Raphael for 20 years. Ray made friends wherever he went and truly loved his work family.

A lifelong Red Sox and Patriots fan, his highlights were attending games at Fenway Park with his grandsons, as well as visiting Alaska where his daughter Karen resides. Ray was an avid reader and cherished his cats, Meeka and Cricket.

Raymond is survived by his wife of 54 years, Carol; two daughters, Karen (Chris Drahos) Footit and Lesley (Richard) Anderson; four loving grandchildren, Zachary and Troy Anderson, and Jackson and Jacob Footit; sister, Lillian Fischer of Florida; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sisters, Barbara Ballaro and Janet Pechaski.

Dinneen, James F.

James F. Dinneen, 65, of Milford, formerly of Monroe, beloved husband of Patricia Dinneen, passed away on June 14, 2018. James was born on February 5, 1953 in Bridgeport, CT to the late Charles and Irene Dinneen. For 30 years, he owned and operated Cuts Barbering Salon on Paradise Green in Stratford.

James leaves behind his wife, Patty; his daughter, Shannon Monti and her husband Vinny; his son, Sean Dinneen and his wife Katherine; and his grandchildren, Luca and Jax Monti.

Egan, Lawrence “Paul”

Lawrence “Paul” Egan passed away April 12, 2018. Born August 23,1928 in Winthrop, MA, he was the son of the late Lawrence and Margaret S. Egan (beloved long-time City clerk of Milford).

His family moved to Milford, CT where he graduated from Milford High School as a standout athlete. He enlisted in the army in 1950. After an honorable discharge he returned to Milford and married the late Natalie Ford.

Paul was a Photoengraver at Graphic Color Plate in Stamford, CT for over 30 years. He and his family resided in the Lordship section of Stratford, “as close to the water as possible”.
Paul was an accomplished sailor. He sailed many of the Bermuda Cup Races and often set out alone to sail the coast of Maine on his Seawind, The Mandalay.

His love of the water eventually took him to New London, CT. There, he purchased Fort Trumbull Marina, which he operated almost to the end of his life with the help of his grandson, Trevor Miller, and the many helping hands of his extended FTM family. We thank them for their love and loyalty. He resided in Salem, CT with his partner, Mary Granchamp until her death in 2003.

Of all the things he loved in life, he valued nothing more than his days at Fort Trumbull Marina, with his faithful golden retriever, Buddy, enjoying conversations with friends of all ages and walks of life.

Paul was a dedicated supporter of the Golden Retriever Rescue Club, The American Cancer Society, and St. Judes Hospital. He was a fanatic supporter of the girls UConn basketball team, a life member of Thames Yatch Club, and a faithful member of the Monteville Polish American Club.

Paul leaves his beloved children, son Charlie (Margaret) Egan of New York City, daughters, Sheila and Paula Jane Egan, both of Milford. His grandchildren: Geoff, Trevor and Corinne Miller; Shelby and Jim Coughlin; and Addie Egan; his sister Linda Bowen and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sisters Greta (Michael) Lenahan and Sheila Egan.
A Celebration of his life will take place at Fort Trumbull Marina, June 2, 2018 at 3.30 p.m.

Flynn, Nora A.

Nora A. Flynn, age 84, longtime resident of Milford, beloved wife of the late Robert J. Flynn, Sr. entered into peaceful rest on June 10, 2018 at Milford Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Hugh and Elizabeth (Lundy) O’Donnell and was born on January 2, 1934 in Milford. Nora worked at Bic Pen Corp in Milford for 26 years before her retirement. She enjoyed playing on the Bic Bowling League. Nora is survived by her devoted children, Robert J. Flynn, Jr., Joseph M. Flynn both of Milford, Kathleen M. Flynn and her husband, Robert V. Nerkowski of Orange and Margaret M. Wenz of Milford, eleven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, her sister, Joan Burke of Florida and several nieces and nephews. Jackson, Emily H.

Emily Jackson, 62, passed way in her sleep Tuesday June 5, 2018, next to the shoreline which she loved, after an extended battle with Multiple Myeloma. She is survived by her mother, Hope Einstein, her husband John R. Jackson, her daughter Callie F. Jackson and her brothers Eric and Peter Einstein. Emily was a graduate of UCONN Stohrs, loved to dance and spent many years doing so, and also was a Jazzercise Instructor. Throughout the years she touched many lives and always had a smile on her face and warmth in her heart.

Kalakay, Joseph G. Jr.

Joseph G. Kalakay, Jr., 74, of Milford, entered into eternal rest on Friday, June 8, 2018. Joseph was born May 6, 1944 in Bridgeport, CT, to his late parents Joseph and Elizabeth Kalakay.

Joseph was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served his country as a combat demolition engineer during the Vietnam War. He was a Life Member of the 28th Infantry Association. After his honorable discharge, Joseph worked for 30 years at AVCO/Textron’s Stratford Army Engine Plant and 20 years at Sikorsky Aircraft.

Joseph was a proud father who will be missed dearly by his family and friends. He was a longtime fan of the Green Bay Packers, New York Yankees, and New York Rangers. During his free time he enjoyed fishing and spending many hours at the beach.

Joseph is survived by his loving children; Jennifer Kalakay-Feinleib, Christopher Kalakay and wife Kyleigh, and Jessica Kalakay. He is also survived by his cherished grandchildren; Brooke and Sophie Kalakay and Elle and Cole Feinleib.

Joseph was predeceased by his parents Joseph and Elizabeth Kalakay and his brother and sister-in-law, Michael Kalakay and Joyce Kalakay.

Kranyik, James John

James John Kranyik of New Milford, CT, passed away unexpectedly at home Thursday June 7, 2018 at the age of 73.

He was born March 31, 1945 in Bridgeport, CT, son of the late Joseph and Vera (Norko) Kranyik. He graduated from Andrew Ward High School in Fairfield, CT, in 1963. Mr. Kranyik worked as a Manufacturing Technician for Goodrich Corp. in Danbury, CT, for twenty one year’s retiring in 2012. He has lived in New Milford since 1992 and was a member of the NRA and the Fairfield County Fish and Game.

Mr. Kranyik is survived by his significant other Cindy Stelzel of New Milford, CT, daughters; Denise Williams – White of Hinesburg, VT, Cheryl Gallo of Stamford, CT, Heather Hull of Newtown, CT, Kimberly Stelzel of Henderson, NV, sisters; Beatrice Kapitan of Stratford, CT, Maryann Baker of Beacon Falls, CT, Joanna Ruthven of McMinnville, OR, Agnes DeRosa of FL, grandchildren Sarah Danforth of VT, Emily Ramberger of PA, Ryan and Justin Gallo of CT, Gavin and Caroline Hull of CT, Sean and Stephen Simmers of NV, great granddaughter Stella Danforth and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brothers Raymond and Joseph Kranyik.

Lang, Shirley L.

Shirley L. Lang, age 83, a lifelong Milford resident, passed away on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 in Branford. She was born on May 6, 1935 to the late Joseph and Ethel Hotchkiss Daniels and graduated from Milford High School in 1953. Before retiring, she was employed as a secretary for Cuzz Acres. An active member of the community, she was a past president for the Women’s Club, volunteer at Milford Hospital for over 35 years, served as worthy advisor for the Rainbow Girls and was a member of the Milford Senior Center. She also enjoyed reading, crocheting, and camping. Mrs. Lang is survived by her loving husband, of 63 years, Joseph Lang, daughters Susan Lang of Derby and Barbara Beauchamp and her husband Gary of Milford, grandchildren Jennifer Bishop of Oxford, Joseph Marshall stationed in Guam, Elizabeth and Kristina Beauchamp of Milford, great grandchildren Erin, Bella and Emma Bishop along with several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her daughter Virginia May Lang, grandsons Jeremy Marshall and Gary Beauchamp, II and sister Jean Nardini. Lupo, Gladys M.

Gladys M. Lupo, 84, of Naples, FL, formerly of Orange, CT, passed away on Wednesday, May 30, 2018. She was the beloved wife of the late Frank Lupo, daughter of the late John and Alice Mahakian, and sister of the late Virginia Sanford. Adored by her family, she is survived by her son, Paul Lupo of Derby, her daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Nick Bencivengo of Orange, and her cherished grandchildren, Maggie Lupo Tebo (Chris), Paul Lupo, Noelle Bencivengo, and Nicholas Bencivengo, Jr.

Raised in West Haven, CT, Gladys worked as an administrative assistant at United Illuminating for a number of years before starting a family. She earned bachelor degrees in both economics and history, and a Master of Education. She went on to greatly enjoy her career as a business teacher in the Milford Public Schools for nearly 20 years. Gladys was an avid reader, mah jongg player, and golfer. She was active in golf leagues at several local courses, including Orange Hills and Grassy Hill Country Clubs, as well as her home course, Royal Wood Golf and Country Club in Naples, FL. She was blessed with wonderful friends in CT and FL, and a truly loving family. She treasured every moment with them, as they did with her.

Lussier, John Gregory

John Gregory Lussier, of Orange, CT, son of the late Rosario and Corona Breault Lussier, beloved husband, brother, father and grandfather, passed away at home on May 26 at age 89 after a long illness. He was predeceased by his wife Eugenie Paul and is survived by wife Barbara Garney; children: Claudette (Ken) Wilson, Gregory (Barbara), Cecile (James) Troy, Paul (Rose), Mark and Suzanne, and step-son, Joseph (Catherine) Assaf; 13 grand-children and 10 great-grandchildren; sisters: Frances (Robert) Marcoux, Georgette (Robert) Liotta, Ruth Vadnais. He was predeceased by step-mother, Lucille Milot Lussier, brothers, George and Andrew, and step-daughter, Julie. John was employed by Superior Castings and Nash Engineering of South Norwalk. Avid fan of the Boston Red Sox, Notre Dame Fighting Irish, UCONN Women’s Basketball, he enjoyed NASCAR racing, traveling with family and vacations at the Delaware shore. His love and sense of humor will be missed by his family and many friends. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Saturday, June 2, 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary Church, Gulf St., Milford, CT. Marino, Anthony J.

Anthony J. Marino, age 76 of Milford, passed away May 27, 2018. Anthony was born in Bridgeport, June 27, 1941, son of the late James and Katherine Monda Marino. Mr. Marino was an English Teacher for Hamden High School for 35 years until his retirement. His passion was his family, English Literature, and traveling. He is survived by his daughter Kathryn Giordano and her husband Richard of Milford, his granddaughters Elizabeth Parent, and Haley Marino, his brother James Marino and his wife Dorothy of Milford, his sister Lucille Ceresa of Milford, his aunt Lucy Martin of Bridgeport, his daughter-in-law Kimberly Marino of Uncasville, and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mazzella, Camille M.

Camille M. Mazzella, 65, of East Haven and Milford, passed away peacefully on May 29, 2018. Born on March 31, 1953 in Bronxville, NY, she was the daughter of the late Carlo and Mary Apicelli Cerasella.

While working at Nieman Marcus, Camille realized her passion for gemstomes and after retiring from a seasoned career in Investment Banking, Camille became a certified gemologist, and spent many years in the Diamond District. Camille “The Ladyinredbug”, known for her signature red glasses and oversized straw beach hats, enjoyed living at the beach, spending time with her Dalmatian, Champ, and the time she spent as a Milford Oyster Festival Committee Member. She will be greatly missed.

Camille is survived by her daughter, Ariana (Lorenzo Scotto) Mazzella, her beloved Dalmatian, Champ; her sister, Mary Frances “Fran” (Greg) McGuigan; her niece and nephew, Cara (Mark) Sullivan, and Brendan McGuigan; her many great nieces and nephews, cousins, extended family members and friends.

Middleton, Maryann

Maryann Middleton, age 76, of Milford, beloved wife of the late George T. Middleton, passed away Tuesday, June 12, 2018 in her home surrounded by her family who loved her dearly. Born in Bridgeport to the late Michael and Marie (Castagnozzi) Margonis, she grew up in Stratford and spent the past 53 years in Milford.

Maryann was the bookkeeper and co-founder of a family business, Advanced Precision Casting Corp, for the past 48 years. “Minnie,” as she was known, loved traveling, shopping, and most of all spending time with her family. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She will be missed by all who knew her. She will always be remembered as a shining example of a life well lived.

Survivors include her son, George, and wife Patty and daughter, June Sangapore, and husband Gary, all of Milford; and her two grandsons, Steven Sangapore, and wife Casey of Newton, MA, and Michael Sangapore of Milford.

Monroe, John “Jack”

John “Jack” Monroe, age 74, of Milford, passed away Wednesday, May 30, 2018. Jack was born June 21, 1942 in Bridgeport, son of the late Edward Kegler and Elizabeth (Hogan) Monroe and had been a lifelong Stratford resident before his recent move to Milford. Jack graduated from Stratford High School and attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City. He was a United States Marine Corps Veteran and prior to his retirement, he was the owner/operator of Monroe Shade and Blind Company for many years. He was an accomplished writer, and along with writing, the sport of boxing was his passion. He was published numerous times in many boxing journals and was inducted into the Boxing Hall of Fame in 2010. As a boxing historian, Jack was an outspoken advocate for many athletes whose abilities and accomplishments were overlooked, most notably heavy weight champion Paul Pender. He was also a prolific author of poetry and traveled extensively in his younger years. Survivors include his three sisters and their husbands, Joan and Joseph Tiberio of Milford, Lenore Monroe and Alan Frolich, MD of Tucson, Arizona and Carol Monroe and Evangelos Xistris, MD of Fairfield. He also leaves behind five nieces and nephews, Joseph Toberio Jr. and his wife Denise of Milford, Mary Colella and her husband David of Guilford, Jennifer Tiberio of Milford, Marisa Allan of New York, NY and Ashley Grover of New York, NY and seven great nieces and nephews. Heather Lee Morgan, age 82 of Milford, entered into eternal rest June 6, 2018. She was born in Elizabeth, NJ to the late Augusta Lee and Godfrey Buchannan Walker and raised in Old Greenwich. She was predeceased by her husband John Everett Morgan. Heather is survived by her three sons, Russell and his wife Anne of Wakefield, RI and their daughters Sarah and Emma; Brian and his wife Patricia Morgan of Hamden, CT and their children Laura, Matthew, and Jennifer, Alex and his wife Sandy Morgan of Bethany, CT and their daughters Ally and Elizabeth, her brother Alexander and Margaret Walker of Sammamish, WA. Heather spent her career at Warren Laboratory in Milford and retired from Milford Hospital as supervisor of the Medical Lab. In her spare time, Heather enjoyed spending time with her family, playing bridge, and was a master rug hooker who created many award-winning pieces. All services will be private.

Mary Jane Nastri, age 85, of Orange, beloved wife to the late Vincent H. Nastri, Sr., passed away on June 10, 2018. Born in New Haven on May 9, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Vincenzo and Katherine (Altieri) Massella. Mary was a loving mother, devoted wife, and especially adored her grandchildren. She enjoyed living in Florida with her husband after retirement and cherished her fond memories of Riverdale Campground with her friends and family.

Mary is survived by her children, Gail (Philip) Pomeroy, Barbara (Bobby) Rocco, Vincent (Diane) Nastri, Jr., Steven (Kelly) Nastri, Janice (Richard) Farace, Stefanie (Chris) Reed, fourteen grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and sisters, Diane (Pasquale) Amodio and Marion (Larry) Behrendt. Gladys Sporko, 71, of Milford, CT, passed away in Hartford Hospital on May 22, 2018. Gladys was born September 18, 1946 in New York City, NY to the late George and Helen Guccione. After retiring from the billing office at Milford Hospital, Gladys enjoyed vacationing in Florida and Las Vegas and visiting the casinos.

Patricia Jean Tupko 71 of Port Charlotte, Florida, passed away on May 23, 2018 after a long Illness with her lovely family by her side.
