Diane Barbieri, 74, of Waterbury, was pronounced dead at the scene of a single-vehicle collision on Grassy Hill Road, Orange, near Prudden Lane on Nov. 21.

Two other occupants of the vehicle were transported to local hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries according to the Orange Police Department.
A 2008 GMC Envoy carrying the three occupants left the roadway and struck a utility pole at around 8:18 a.m.
This incident remains under investigation and is being handled by the OPD Accident Reconstruction Unit.
Police temporarily closed Grassy Hill Road in the area of Prudden Lane while utility crews repaired the damaged pole.
