Orange Native Makes Film Debut on Thursday, Oct. 15

Orange, CT – Paula T. Lin, Orange CT native, voice-over talent and budding actress, makes her screen debut this Thursday, October 15, 2015 as the Cheryl Shaw, a witty bowling enthusiast in “Mint on Card.” An independent movie picture, “Mint on Card” is a quirky comedy making its world premier at Holiday Cinemas Stadium 14, 970 North Colony Road, Wallingford, CT at 7:30 p.m.

Aaron Vnuk, Executive Producer and Mark Foley, Director/Writer of “Mint on Card” will be at the event.

Wallingford is the launch city for the film and there will be distribution throughout the state before a nationwide distribution. “MINT on CARD” is also being entered in various film festivals.

Lin is a former CNN’s editor/voice over producer at the Atlanta headquarters where she wrote scripts and did voiceovers at Headline News, CNN Radio Business Reports and CNN Radio.

Owner of “The Definite Voice and Word since 2009, Lin has recorded radio commercials for local businesses, narrated audio books, and has been the recorded reader of children’s books/magazines. She has recently worked as an instructor and mentor to prospective voice over professionals.

A member of IMDb internet movie data base, a prestigious organization that recognizes professionals in the industry, Lin is gaining experience and recognition as an actress. She has also appeared in a Mark Ronson’s “I Can’t Lose” music video and is currently working on an additional undisclosed music video.
